Great experience, no problems at all! My bottom set of retainers did not take, an they were 100% honest in texting me pictures and showing me what went wrong so I could redo my bottom set and get the perfect match!

I ordered a a retainer for my son from Retainers Direct earlier this month. His was broken, and due to "shelter-in-place" we were unable to go to his regular orthodontist. We ordered the kit on a Sunday and received it within a couple of days. Making the impression was a bit of a challenge, but we were happy they sent enough to make two, just in case. We mailed it off and it was processed and returned within a very short time. So far, it fits well and appears sturdier than his previous one. I'm so pleased with it that I am going to order one for my daughter.
