Was very fast and easy to mold and had excellent directions. I also liked that they gave you a pre-made shipping capsule. the customer service is also really good.

The orthodontist answered emails right away and worked with us to make sure we had a perfect fit and great experience. This worked well as we still are unable to visit our hometown orthodontist during Covid 19 pandemic. Thank you!

Super fast, excellent quality. Same as my daughters retainers from orthodontist. Much sturdier case so hopefully our new puppy can’t ruin them again! Appreciate the hand written note as well. Thank you!
