Loved it. Use it often

The process was very simple and quick. My new retainers fit pretty well and I'm grateful for this option which was less than half of what my dentist wanted to charge me for the same thing.

Quick, good service. I was amazed by the handwritten note that came with my retainer explaining the adjustments made in production. My only complaint is that the mold-making process seems extremely difficult to get right at home, but I guess that's why they're expensive at an office!

Good overall product so far. Getting the mold done correctly was a challenge for my teen. Had to send out a second mold along with a 3D mold from his orthodontist. 3D mold was sent back broken which was super disappointing as I took extreme measure (bubble wrapped ) when sending it in.

My case was a bit unique. I ordered the impression kit which came with a standard large and a small impression mold. Did an impression with both sizes to see if one works better. Sent the better impression in and was told that it was no good after they received it. Then I bought a couple more putty and tried a few more times and still could not get a good impression. Later, I realized that none of the standard impression molds fit and I had to request for the XL size. Took one more impression and it turned out great. Just received my retainer yesterday and it felt great after putting it on.

Quick and easy. Only issue is they cannot slightly alter a mounding after you send it in. I have a slight rotation on my front tooth which could be fixed if the moulding was made flush. But the moulding is simply made from the current state of your teeth. These will have to do as a preventive plan. Still, better than spending 2000$ for an orthodontist.
