Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

Trustworthy place. Fast delivery. Beautiful well fitting retainers. I did not expect for everything to go so smoothly and the amazing service. I wish I could attach some photos. Best out there for well priced retainers. The details and everything just wow. This may sound like a dishonest review but it is not. If you are looking for the best retainers online they are the best. I have looked everywhere and could find better. Thank you for the service it is much appreciated.

I love my retainer! Very well made and looks like it will last a long while!

Ordering the retainer was easy and the end product was great! It fit perfectly and I didn't have to go to the orthodontist and pay "through the teeth" for the replacement! Thank you for making a quality and inexpensive product!

Totally positive experience. After being quoted $1,000 by my orthodontist and $800 by my dentist I decided to try RetainersDirect. I received my impressions kit within a few days. Unfortunately, the first set of impressions I sent them was not usable. They contacted me about the problem and quickly sent me a new set and only charged me $10. I sent them the new impressions and received my retainers and a beautiful carrying case within a few days. They fit a bit tight but are perfect. I received a personalized note telling me that they will loosen up as I wear them. Thank you so much for the great service and product.

Excellent quality and speedy turn around! Great communication and customer service. Couldn’t be happier with my product and results.

Great experience from the beginning ‘till the end. I ordered an upper retainer. I received my order very quick. I was sent an impression kit box with two sizes tray and 3 different putty (1 is for practice and 2 are regular ones; one is extra, just in case you’re like me and mess up the first one lol). First, I used the training putty, which is a great way to get a feeling for the whole process, then I moved on to the regular one. The first impression I took wasn’t great and I kind of had a feeling; I decided to email them with pictures of it and I had a response quick...sure enough I was asked to take another one. Thankfully, they thought ahead sending in the box additional putty! Btw., they also sell extra putty on their homepage, just in case more is needed. My second impression turned out to be good, so I sent everything in...I even included the bad impression and the training one in the envelope! I received my retainer about a week later and it fits perfectly. They even added a cute little handwritten card in the box, which it was a nice personal touch! I honestly can recommend “RetainersDirect.com” to anyone that needs a good quality retainer without having to break the bank. Excellent service and quality!

The process was very fast and easy and my retainers fit perfectly. The instructions to do the impressions were pretty clear. Would definitely recommend

I watched the impression video a few times, took an impression with the sample putty and got a good impression on my first real try (i took pics and got them verified before mailing back). The process was quick and the trays feel better than my original invisalign trays.
