I've been meaning to replace my nasty 9 year old retainer and decided to try Retainers Direct. The kit arrived quickly and after my third try I got a pretty good impression. When I received my retainer it came with a handwritten note saying my mold was a bit rough (which I knew). Fortunately, they were able to tweak it so the retainer fits great. Good communication that the bottom retainer needed a new impression and the upper retainer would be shipped back with the tray to take the new impression.Hopefully the bottom retainer will not take too long to come back as shipping process has also been smooth.
