The instructions for the retainers were clear, but I wish it was a little more detailed. Other than that the service was great. The company’s shipped fast and replied back quick when I had questions.

I would recommend buying extra putty. My retainer came back a little funky due to the not so great impression I took. I emailed the company, the staff responded promptly and I was able to complete another impression and I received a good fitting retainer.

My orthodontist wanted to charge me $175 per top and bottom. There wasn't any way I was going to pay that. So, I took the risk and ordered new retainers from Retainers Direct. Boy am I glad that I did!!! The impressions were easy to make, the retainer is tight like it should be, and is even better than my original retainer! I am VERY impressed and even recommended my brother get a new retainer from Retainers Direct even though he still has his old one... purely because the retainers from Retainers Direct are that much better than the ones we got from out orthodontist. Furthermore, my new retainers came with a very cute hand written personalized letter. It made me feel like that actually cared about me as a customer. I HIGHLY recommend them.
