Unfortunately, the system did not recognize my email address when I attempted to log on, even though we've corresponded through some emails and this is the third time I have purchased retainers from you. I started a different account, with a different email address, but I don't know what info might be lost now. Not a big deal, but I thought you should know.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience and with the bottom retainer I received. The company’s process was easy to follow and quick delivery. And the bonus for me was the cost was so affordable for a new retainer. The only concern is the lifespan of the retainer. I notice the material is more flexible and thinner than the original I had from the orthodontist. Overall, great experience and I’ll be back for other replacements if ever needed.

They’re fine. The fit is nice, but they chopped off the last left molars of both the top and bottom and didn’t tell me until they came in. It probably won’t effect anything but since I grind me teeth in my sleep, I would have liked that protection on both sides.

I was honestly surprised. Communication on order status was not the clearest, but once I received I was happy! Retainers fit perfectly, comes packaged with good care instructions, nice carrying case. Not thick and chunky like my old pair.

The website was very easy to use. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is due to a pricing issues that is not updated. I selected my retainer upper level then towards the bottom it showed a sale for a duplicate for half the price. When you click on the duplicate it's says an error on the page. When I later checked out it had asked if I wanted a duplicate but for the original price of 1. Also if you add extra putty when it prompts you through check out it was 14.99 or something similar to that but when I go to the home page it shows extra putty for 9.99 instead. Price discrepancy throughout the website needs to be fixed.
