These are very different quality from orthodontic grade. The material is much thicker and doesn’t fit as nicely. The first one I received I couldn’t use at all. They did try to make me a second one which was good of them. But it still doesn’t feel right. I’m going to have to go spend even more money at the orthodontist now to get one made there.

The back left of the retainer doesn’t fit

The retainer came with a great hand written note, but it didn't fit and there were not further ideas as to how to fix the issue. so how do we fix the issue?

I was hoping to avoid the cost of getting new retainers done professionally but there's a reason they are able to charge that much. I struggled to make the impressions myself and even with the test putty it took multiple tries. I did a top and bottom and they said the bottom was too distorted to even try to make a retainer. So I paid more money for more putty and a new tray.they said my top one was "excellent" but it literally didn't fit at all, it was too tight in some spots, not secure to my back teeth and messed up my bite. So I didn't even bother with trying to make a new bottom impression and just sent the one retainer back and I am waiting on a refund. Overall I'm disappointed but at least their customer service was good.

Idk about everyone else but mine didn’t fit, it was probably my fault. They were really efficient though so that’s good.

The process was simply and easy. However the retainer tops were loose and the bottoms did not fit to the point where if I closed my mouth the retainers would pop back up. I reached out to customer service and they told me to cut or shave off the back ends of the retainer. Had to end up cutting off two molars worth of plastic and it still only kind of fits, still not secure. I was told I had to buy another mold to re-do the fit which I think would be pointless if my original “good” molds weren’t able to produce retainers that fit well. Plus, I didn’t want to spend another $100+ on top of what I already spent. I was hoping they had some sort of satisfaction or fit guarantee but I guess not. Glad it works for others but I was pretty disappointed with my end product.
