Excellent! My front teeth weren't aligned correctly and they fixed it in my retainer.

I was afraid to try out this company. I received my retainers and at first they were a little tight due to my teeth shifting a little. But once I had them on for a day and slept in them, they adjusted. I am honestly glad I tried this company and I am very satisfied with my results.

Richard,the retainer fits perfect. It seems a bit tight at first but I wore it all night and by the morning it felt just like my last one. These reviews are what made me pick these guys vs the other guys. I love how the owner actually reads and responds. When I got my retainer there was a hand written note about how I missed my gum line when taking the impression and they asked me to reach out if I had any issues. That's customer service. I will be sure to get another retainer from y'all when I lose this one. Thanks for being a good company.

Wear and tear on my old retainer necessitated a new one and my dentist quoted me $500 for a replacement. I searched for more affordable options and found Retainers Direct which was a third the cost. I took a risk and am very pleased with the final product. I ordered, received the molds, took impressions (which was super simple), and received the final product which fit better than my original retainer. The retainer came with an awesome case and a nice note. I will certainly use this company again in the future and am excited to try their whitening products in the future.
