I am very happy with the retainers from Retainers Direct. I used invisalign, and had been given the clear Invisalign retainer, but had to replace it after 6 months. It was less expensive to use Retainers Direct. I was very wary of the quality but ihe retainers I received are almost identical to the Invisalign ones, perhaps slightly less rigid. They fit perfectly. The most important thing is your mold; I had to take 3 impressions before it looked like it covered enough of the gums. The company is overseen by an orthodontist in Albuquerque and he personally answered my emailed questions about the product and the mold. I am 100% pleased and impressed. Also, FWIW, this review was not requested by the company

My son is currently in Ortho treatment and no joke our dog has eaten two of his retainers. They cost $220 for the Ortho to replace. That was adding up fast. So I stated searching for a cheaper alternative. Since my 12 yr old is irresponsible. I found this company and called them because I was skeptical that they may be a fake company and also worried about quality since it was much much cheaper than going through our Ortho doctor. I finally placed the order and figured it was worth a shot. Ordered the extra putty also. The impression kid came- we followed the instructions and yes order the extra putty unless your a pro. You’ll need it. It was super simple though once we figured it out. We emailed a few pictures over and they was quick to respond as well. We sent all the impressions we did (6) back to them. My sons retainer came back quickly and to our surprise it fit perfectly, no adjustments needed and honestly was better than the one he had from the Ortho. The one from the Ortho they kept having to adjust. We completely recommend this company and I’m almost sure we’ll need them again in the future. Glad we found this company. Great product, great customer service and best of all great pricing .

Very impressed and satisfied with this experience! The impression process was super easy, although I highly recommend you purchase additional impression putty, just in case. My retainers came in super fast and they fit perfectly – no discomfort whatsoever. Highly recommend Retainers Direct!

After 8 years of the same retainer, I finally decided it was time to get a new one but knew the one my orthodontist offers would break the bank. I researched all of my cheaper options for several months and went with Retainers Direct due to all of the good reviews and knowing that they're a family run business which I loved. I'm so glad I did, the process was so easy - I even emailed a photo of my molds which they responded to very quickly - and my retainer fits like a glove, so comfortable that I could wear it all day because I barely notice it's there! I also ordered the Alightner Foam to keep them clean which is super convenient. Thank you so much for your service, Dr. Haltom!

I have nothing but good things to say about Retainers Direct. I had to remold my top teeth, and I took forever to resend the mold. However, they were so understanding and accepted my new mold after over 2 months. Every package I received from them was nicely boxed and contained a hand written letter. After I received my new remolded retainer, Retainers Direct also sent me a new container to hold my retainers that was better than the original they sent me! Talk about great customer service!

Ver impressed with this company. Personal hand written note back with retainer. My daughter said this retainer feels better than the one she got from our orthodontist.

This was such a quick and process, plus the retainers were made perfect. Not to mention it was a third of the cost it would have been for me to go into my local orthodontist office and get some made.
