I’ve been needing a new retainer for a while now and didn’t want to pay the prices most orthodontists charge for one! I was looking online and found Retainers Direct! I am so happy with this company! There customer service is prompt and friendly and very helpful! The mold process was super easy! I received my retainer very quickly and it fit perfectly!

Simple enough process so far..the membership explanation was slightly confusing so opted to do the single retainer right now, and depending on the quality add the membership and lower retainer after trying it out

The retainers I received are great, although tight in one spot, which I think may have been a result of my accidentally moving the imprint when I shouldn't have. Otherwise everything about this process was great! I would highly recommend these retainers to anyone working with a budget. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I would've liked an additional set of putty. I appreciate that you receive 4 sets, but as this is something I don't do every day, it was inevitable that I would mess up at least the first one and most likely the second. I know you can buy more, but again, that would probably have been the difference between getting 5 stars instead of 4. For anyone looking to purchase the upper and lower set - I would recommend buying an additional putty or two right off the bat. Better safe than sorry, because by the time you've messed it up, you'll be too impatient to order more :). Otherwise the retainers and service receive 5 stars from me! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered my first set about a month ago, took my impressions, and mailed them in. My first set of impressions did NOT fit well on the bottom. Retainers Direct left a handwritten note stating they adjusted them. The good news is that I'm receiving support on creating new ones. I have to pay additional money for putty and shipping ($27), which isn't bad. Glad the staff helps you get it right.
