Very poor quality product - the process is easy enough - they send you a kit to make impressions of your teeth with clear instructions. You send it back, and within a couple of weeks new retainers arrive in your mailbox. All that went smoothly. I am disappointed in the retainers. They are very thin and very flimsy. They are thinner than my alighners were, and that is the opposite - retainers are supposed to be thicker and more durable because you're supposed to wear them for years. These were extremely cheap and flimsy. They also arrived filthy, coated in some cloudy substance - obviously I cleaned them before wearing them anyway, but that was not nice. Finally, there was a hand-written note in my box that says "There was distortion in your impressions, particiularily your upper front teeth - so we altared your retainers- let us know if they fit." This was so weird, because impressions are impressions - there is distortion because I have veneers on those teeth, and that they chose to go ahead and alter the impressions without asking me what was going on boggles my mind. They don't fit very well in the back, but I have no idea if that's because of what they did.

Frustrating My top retainers do not fit properly. I sent in my bottom retainers, and had to pay $15 for extra putty, and I was responsible for shipping fees to send my retry back. Email communication has been unprofessional (no greeting, closing, empathy, etc.). It just seems like the company is run by one guy in his kitchen or something. More organization and professionalism would be appreciated.

I had issue of my retainer, and they dont gave any refunds!

I ordered in the AM of Monday, paid for "priority" and got my package on Saturday PM. I cannot use USPS on Sunday so will now have to wait til Monday to mail this back for processing. I guess my idea of priority would have been getting the package on Thursday so I could mail it back Friday.

Various issues happened throughout my experience of getting retainers. After sending in the first impressions, I received bottom and top retainers for my teeth with a note that said that they chose to "add some extra space" to my top-teeth retainer as they noticed that my teeth are very worn. The note also said that they noticed the bottom teeth were not entirely aligned so they took the liberty of adjusting the retainer so that it would help straighten the teeth and so it would be tight initially.....First of all, I did not ask for modifications to be made on my retainers. Secondly, they messed up and added "extra space" to the bottom retainer and adjusted the top retainer (they messed up). I reached out and explained the dilemma. They were quick to respond and seemed helpful at first, sending me another tray to re-do the bottom teeth. Due to the mail issues around Christmas, the tray got delayed and after 3 weeks, I reached out again and asked for another tray since I never got it. They again asked me all the same questions and apologized and said they would send me a new set of the retainer....they sent a new set of the SAME retainers that I had already explained twice that they would not work for me (I can't even close my mouth with all the "extra space" they added). Again I reached out with the same issue asking for the tray to be sent so I could send another mold. Finally they sent the trays and were sure to mention that if I didn't have putty I would have to pay for it (good thing I saved some). I made my new mold and then realized they did not send a return label. I reached out and asked how to send the mold to them and they said I had to pay for shipping and they sent me an incorrect mailing address - which I did not use and instead chose to look up the address myself. All in all, do not recommend.

Extremely hard to do the molds yourself. Retainers came back as mini versions of my teeth. They don’t cover the top of my teeth. They also don’t click into place like the ones I had from the orthodontist so it’s hard to tell if they’re on right. They’ll do the job though.

The top retainers don’t stay in my teeth but the bottoms seem to fit ok. I used the small tray which did not allow enough room for the retainers to go to my back teeth but the large trays were too wide for my mouth. Someone who has a mouth suited for one of the two trays may have better luck.

I purchased extra impression putty up-front to try to get the best impressions for retainers with a perfect fit. Unfortunately, the top retainers did not fit at all while the bottom ones mostly fit. I was told my options were a refund or to purchase more putty and to pay to ship them more impressions to try again. So I made more impressions, but unfortunately the top retainers still did not fit at all so I requested a refund. I would give the retainers 0 stars but the customer service was pretty good, so 2 stars for that.
