I was really impressed by my experience with getting retainers through this company. I was hesitant to use an online company like this one due to stories I have heard, but was pleasantly surprised. Retainer's Direct was very communicative and quick to respond to any and all questions. I did not take my impressions right the first time, so they sent the tray back to me with specific instructions on how to correct the mistake I made the first time. When I got my retainers, the bottoms fit perfectly but the top did not. I sent an email letting them know, and they promptly got back to me with a new plan. I will be making a new top impression soon and the only cost I had to cover was for some extra putty.

I’ve had such a good experience with my retainer so far, it fits really well it’s not uncomfortable when I’m sleeping. I was worried the impression wasn’t good enough when I sent it, I thought I’d have to redo it. I've never used a retainer before, much less ordered one online. The process was very simple, from the first order, all the way to receiving my plastic retainer and case. The directions for the impressions were very easy to follow, the price is the best I found, the quality of my retainer is good and I wasn't kept waiting for anything - the impression kit and my final order both came quickly. I'm glad for that because the first time I used it at night I could tell my teeth had begun to shift. Now they won't and I can go on smiling with confidence.

On site experience was good! I gave it five stars, although I wish they had a promo code, they had free shipping so it made up for it! Will update with review when I receive my retainer!
