Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

I was unsure which retainer company to buy from but I took the risk with Retainers Direct and I am extremely happy I did. They were very quick with delivering my impressions and retainers. I am happy that I got the extra putty because I did mess up one time so it was worth the investment. The retainers fit very well and are great quality. Honestly they are the perfect thickness, do not bend easily but are thin enough that I barely notice them when I am sleeping. I could not be happier with the retainers so I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs them and does not want to pay the price of an orthodontist. They honestly do equally as good a job and I will use these for years.

My orthodontist was telling me $500 up front because I needed a new retainer after having my Invisalign one for about five years :D My braces were $5,000 and I had way more than ten sets of trays, so how one retainer was $500 is beyond me. Retainers Direct was a quick, easy, cheap, and reliable option. My new retainers are awesome! Personally I had an issue with the new top tray, but they quickly responded and fixed the issue in the course of just a few days. 10/10 recommend!

So far so good, it was easy to order and the staff is very responsive & helpful during my experience of making my impressions. It took me 3 tries but I finally got it with all of the constructive suggestions & video. They were always prompt in their responses be it over the phone or email. I’m so thankful retainers direct is an inexpensive & credible option. Thanks

I was so worried that I would have to spend $400 to get a new pair of retainers from the orthodontist. My friend told me about this website and I had to try it. Was much cheaper and really easy to do. They were just shipped and I can’t wait to receive it!

Simple, easy app to use. Wonderful pricing.

Very easy to use website with all of the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase.

Online website was clear and helpful. After dealing with Western Dental (horrible) for so long for my daughter’s braces we finally requested they take them off and we decided to go with a clear retainer from your company. Hoping for amazing results.

I am so grateful to this company! They were so patient with me and helped me get my retainers just right! They are very responsive and you can tell they really care. I was moving while getting retainers made and they were friendly about updating addresses for me and remaining responsive. Thank you for this really great experience and getting my retainers perfect!!
