Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

Great service and affordable retainers. I’m so glad I decided to order from them.

Retainersdirect was a great alternative to overpaying the orthodontist for something they should automatically offer at a much more affordable rate. Especially if you are ordering retainers for kids. They were fast, accurate and helpful throughout the entire process!

Excellent customer service and product! Cannot speak highly enough about this company. There was an issue with my first order that they were gracious enough to replace for free. They were prompt with responses and friendly throughout. The retainers fit perfectly and I’m so glad I was able to save a trip to the orthodontist and several hundred dollars.

Super easy to order in minutes!

Easy to navigate and use website.

the entire process was SO FAST, and it was so easy! i think it took maybe a week and a half total? very quick process and my emergency retainer fits perfectly!

Service was really good. I ordered an extra putty and it came pretty fast. Darren also replies to questions promptly so I have no bad thoughts.

Retainers Direct provides a quality product and I have found their customer service to be responsive and helpful. I have ordered replacemnent retainers from them several times now and plan to continue using their service.
