Great experience. My first time dealing with Retainers Direct. The process was easy, and Darren was accommodating. My dental clinic ultimately ended up giving me retainers but all the way up until I had to cancel, Retainers Direct was professional and easy to use! The kit is similar to the one Smile Direct or a similar company gives you with putty and instructions on how to get good impressions. Then you just pop it in the mail and you're done! They were very nice about assisting me and ultimately canceling my order but great experience overall.
