Lower retainers do not fit correctly. Trying to figure out how to proceed. Please have someone reach out to me.

I ordered a top and bottom retainer; ended up buying more putty because I messed up on my bottom impressions. The shipping is super quick which is a plus. When I received my retainers the bottom fit perfectly. Snug and comfortable. The top however didn’t completely fit right. It’s looser fitting and there’s extra rough material around it so the inside of my mouth is all cut up. Definitely wouldn’t use them again but due to the pandemic I can’t get in to see my ortho at the moment so it will do.

They just don’t fit right and there is too much excess material on the top below my lips...very uncomfortable. Probably will not use again next year

they were very responsive BUT... not communicating at all. my molds were not good and instead of them telling me , they sent retainers that did not fit , knowing they didn’t fit at that. just threw a note in the box and shipped them out

I gave only 3 stars because I couldn't get the perfect indent of my teeth. I tried more than twice to put the puddy just right in the mold, however, something was always wrong. I just couldn't get the mold done correctly. If I could have gotten it correct I would have saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you for your patience with me. Best Regards Shirley Brown

The retainers we really good quality and will last me a long time. Ordered these after losing my other ones from my ortho, and they worked very well. Took some time to arrive though... for all of my stuff to come it took around a month or so. Also when I received my box with my retainers it only had my top ones and I had to wait yet another two weeks to get them.

The retainers they made me didn’t work for my teeth. That being said, the following things were great: - Fast shipping time - Ease of taking impressions at home (good instructions) - Fast responses to customer service e-mails - When the first retainer didn’t fit, they made and sent me a second one for free) - When the second retainer didn’t fit, they refunded me in full. In short, this company seems dedicated to customer satisfaction, which is cool.
