Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

My experience with Retainers Direct was great! Even though the owner notified me that the impressions I sent him had some distortion in several areas, he was able to make some modifications to fix the flaws. And the retainers he sent me fit perfectly! It's been such a relief to get new retainers without having to go in-person to an orthodontist, especially during the pandemic. A very responsive and professional business.

Quick, easy, informative, and quickly emails you once you purchase. Awesome option of receiving text updates

First time I call for help I had hard time getting connected. Next day I called again… Darren Halton picked up the phone in couple rings. I explain my upper tray was to big that my teeth was touching hard palate. Without any hesitation … He send me a smaller tray. I also email him picture of my impression to See if impression look right. He email me back to explain what I did improperly. Darren Hilton was very patient, understanding, friendly and wanted to help me resolve my issues. Just because I’m paying for service doesn’t mean people are all friendly. Thanks :)

I completed my braces treatment nearly 8 years ago, and my retainers have needed replacement for quite a while. I decided to give retainers direct a try, and I'm glad I did. Making the impressions of my teeth was fairly simple, and the new retainers fit perfectly and are about a fourth of the cost my wife just paid for hers at the dentist! I would recommend them - great value.

My impression kit came quickly and with detailed how to instructions. I was unsure if my impression would work so I sent an email and Darren was very quick to respond, I didn’t have to wait— awesome customer service and my retainer fits great.I had a great experience with Retainers Direct.
