This company made my son's mishap of having his retainers eaten by our dog not such a nightmare. I paid the extra $35 for 2-day shipping and feel it was totally worth it. From the initial order, the complete process of waiting for the impression kit, through receiving the actual retainers took less than two weeks. The best part was the cost was three times less than the orthodontist! We even received a hand written note that there was a slight imperfection in the impression we sent which they made an adjustment to with a promise that they would re-make them if they weren't right. GREAT company! Thank you Retainers Direct!!
