I received my retainers within two weeks of the order. They fit well, except there is a small protrusion on the bottom between the two front teeth, and it pokes the inside of my mouth. They appear durable so I hope they will last at least two years. The ones I got from my orthodontist lasted only 2 1/2 months of use. That is an Essix brand. Overall, I am happy with the service. I am happy with the retainers I received. It took only about two weeks for them to deliver the retainers after I made the order online. There was a small protrusion between the two front bottom teeth, and it pokes the inside of my mouth, but this is not a big deal. The material, Zendura A, appears to be durable but only time will tell. The retainers (Essix brand) I received from my orthodontist cracked after 2 1/2 months of use.
