I put my order in on 6/14 and I have yet to see my retainers. I was told I needed a second mold of uppers, however, they will only give me a return label if I pay for it. I will keep you posted when and if I receive one of my retainers. Pam

Really quick service. I didn’t have the greatest luck with the impression bases- I could have used an in between size, so the final product reflected the not so great impressions

I didn’t know the retainers would be thin, so mines cracked in the first week of me having them. Otherwise the shape fit nicely, I made mistakes on my trays and they still came out prefect!!

East to use but I had a coupon code for a free whitening pen that would not work with my purchase.

As I was trying to check-out, I received three different pop-up notices to buy other products, including a special offer to again buy the same item at the same price. Let people just check-out.

Very little information during the order experience. Website has little to no information regarding procedure used to create these retainers. I'll be evaluating them during the 60 day money back period.

You were very fast but they don’t fit. I keep trying but it really hurts and almost got stuck

Price was great! Packaging was amazing! Shipment was on time. My problem came with my son's mouth shape I guess the large mouth piece really didn't fit well. We went through 3 cast for the top retainer the first time around. It came back didn't fit his mouth at all. Contacted they answered promptly I had to buy more casting and they sent back the mouth piece. The first round of the new casting I mixed set before I could even get it into his mouth (things happen sometimes it's what it is) I mixed the next set pretty fast as I was scared it would do the same thing again. Got the impression took a picture and they responded back quickly again. I still couldn't get a good impression. At this point I'm frustrated I've done everything like they have instructed but still can't get a good impression. I really wanted this to be a good fit for us but I just don't have the time or money to keep throwing away. I'll be taking him back to his ortho to get a new one. I feel like if you have a smaller mouth this is a good fit. They are very responsive like I said. The product seems to be of great quality and the packaging they send is super nice. The retainer holder is very well made. I just wish it had worked out for us but 5 tries I'm done. Time to go back to the pros to cast it. The bottom retainer came out great!
