Super easy and super quick delivery time! Retainer fit perfect!

Hadn’t worn a retainer for years because I lost it. The gap in my front teeth was starting to come back. Bought $5 pack of ortho bands to go around my top front 4 teeth while I waited for the impression kit. The impression kit directions were easy to follow and I took a good impression without issue. Retainers Direct included a note that if I wasn’t sure if I did a good job, I could send a photo for feedback. I didn’t think that was necessary in my case but thought that was awesome customer service. once shipped, I was able to track shippping and I received confirmation that my impression was received. Took only two days for the finished retainer to be shipped back to me. The retainer fit wonderfully and the entire retainer is very smooth. No sharp edges at all! Best part, no more gap! I can’t believe I got my perfect smile back for $90!!!

Super happy with my experience with Retainers Direct! The initial impression kit shipped quickly and the impression process was relatively simple. When I received my retainers in the mail they came with a handwritten note stating that a couple adjustments had to be made due to some imperfections in my impressions - but they fit perfectly! So happy to have a fresh set of retainers to wear and an awesome company to easily reorder from in the future.

Just received my retainers back in the mail and I have to say this was the easiest service I have ever used. The price is amazing you cannot beat anywhere. The kit was very easy to use. Once I submitted the kit back I got my retainers back in like 2 days . Super fast and will definitely recommend to any of my friends who lose the retainers like I had . They feel amazing!
