The process to order my retainers was easy and quick. The kit came with clear instructions and a video to watch prior to me attempting to make my molds. The turn around time was quicker than I expected as well- about 3 weeks wait time from the time I returned the molds. I have some dental work pending and will need upper retainers, I'll definitely order from retainers direct again!

Overall, I had a great experience through Retainers Direct. Unfortunately, my first retainer impressions did not work because I did not bite hard enough. I was helped through the process and was able to get it right with my second set of impressions. I am happy with my new set of retainers and thank Retainers Direct for making it a quick and convenient option!

This review is LONG overdue. I ordered a retainer in April of 2021 and it was perfect. Unfortunately I’ve been grinding my teeth more than usual at night so I had to reorder. Huge thanks to Dr. Darren. He had my measurements and helped me place another order. Highly recommend!
