Hey Jezzel, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately our lab can only make retainers from the impressions we receive. If there is too much distortion, and you do not have any more putty, we have putty options available on our website for $14.99. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW IMPRESSION KIT.

I am sorry you had a less than ideal experience. I looked back at our emails and it looks like you struggled with the impressions initially but succeeded the last time. I am sorry that the initial impression did not work. Of course the tray is sent along with the putty. We always give your initial money back within 60 days of your order.

Hey Camila, Thanks for leaving this review. Unfortunately you ordered one impression kit and an additional set of retainers, not two impression kits. You also reached out about this and I promptly helped you find a solution. I hope you find the time to rethink this review.
