they have had my money since 12-7-23, still no product delivered. now i can contact them, web sight is down. i doubt if i'll ever see money or item.

I ordered a Disney Haunted Mansion Back Pack, on Dec. 9th, 2023. I have not received the item, it is now Jan. 14, 2024. I have contacted the company with no replies for resolution. They apparently are a branch of Storepaperoomates, LLC, company. Lewes DE. The money was deducted from my bank debit card on Dec, 12, 2023 by BoostP2*GS10, (online it only brings up booster shot info.) of Orlando Fl. Another reason for concern. The item cost $119.49, plus $7.17 for tax. I have contacted my bank today for a dispute against the company, for fraud. Be aware,before you purchase anything from them.

I ordered a Sony AMFM CD player they said was in stock. Was supposed to ship in 5-7 days. After a few weeks went by and numerous emails to them which went unanswered I canceled and contacted my credit card company. CHASE removed the charge for me. Five weeks after placing the order it arrived at my home in a beat up Sony box. The unit inside was wrapped in bubble wrap which means this was a used, repackaged item. Are you kidding?! I emailed them to send me a return prepaid label if they want it back but either way I"M NOT PAYING FOR IT! Stay away from Retailmarket.net. There is no communication and no phone number to contact them if you have a problem. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 70 years.

They took my money in November for item that was advertised as in stock. Product never shipped and they don't respond to emails requesting refund.

I ordered an item they claimed was in stock, and after 1 1/2 months of trying to get a refund, as they did NOT have the item I paid for, I cannot get a response or a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I'm pretty sure they are fake and/or a scam! And they will not refund you, or provide the items you paid for! Now I see why PayPal wasn't an option, they would have taken the money back from Retail Market, instead of many consumers being taken advantage of!

I ordered four boxes of rust proofing spray for twice the price of 5 other websites because the retail market was the only one who claimed to actually have it in stock.that was on Oct 29th. After seven attempts to get the product I’ve received nothing/ they have refused to simply refund my money as I’ve asked them to do six times. They have refused to acknowledge my requests and are refusing to communicate with me in any way ! I have screen shotted all correspondence , will go to the drug store, print photos of this as my credit company asked me to do. I will then be going after ( the retail market) for credit card fraud. I encourage any one else who has been defrauded to do the same !

I ordered an XL wall map of the USA on 12/03/23 and still haven't received it and they took the $ out of my checking account back when I ordered it. Now. How do I get them to refund my money? I'll go somewhere else and buy it.
