DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered candles for my church in October 30, 2023. After months of waiting, I was told my order was "slightly delayed." After more waiting, I reached out again and was told that they were having computer issues. I have not received my order. More months of waiting and then was told that my refund was queued for processing on January 22, 2024. I reached out again on March 11, 2024 and haven't received a response or a refund. Don't order from this company!!

Never received ordered items
Never received ordered items. No money back. During e- mail conversation representative promised that I will receive refund, but ...even no more answering.... Very dishonest company.

*SCAM*RUN FROM THIS COMPANY
I never received my item and tried to contact them numerous times but it took them several months to reply and tell me the order was shipped. According to the tracking company, the order was shipped to an unkown warehouse as a final destination.

Do not shop with this site
Do not shop with this site. I ordered my item in November and still don’t have it. Got the run around and I will be filing a charge back with my credit card company. I don’t think they even have the items they list on their site and are drop shipping from another country. They are shady AF! Beware. It’s a scam site.

Do not shop here
I ordered a toy early December, and it took a while for shipping. Eventually it arrived by Christmas Eve but then it was too late, as I had already ordered an alternate elsewhere. I requested a refund and was told there was a 60-day return policy, but then the emails were always the runaround. I could never actually get the return process. Do not order from here!

I ordered a Camera in Dec. 3-2023
I ordered a Camera in early Dec. 2023. I thought great, I get my Camera and would be able to take photo's by X-Mas. Nothing. So I wait 6 weeks, and still no Camera. I contact Retail. Oh, sorry for the delay. I wait 8 weeks. Nothing. I contact THEM again. A lady Emily, so she says, I'll give you a refund and I'll give you some credit from Amazon for the delay. NOTHING. Now it's been 10 weeks and still NOTHING. She said she would give me a REFUND. STILL received Nothing. No camera, and no refund. I want my money. Now, I'm contacting BBB. This is BS. Don't waste your time with this crappy company.
