Gaslit me for months
To start out, when signing up for this program I was told there would be a brochure mailed to me and electronically sent to me which would have lots of information in it such as the general timeline of program, important financial terms etc. The man who signed me up for the program was adamant that I review this as it would greatly help my understanding and participation. I signed up for this program in OCT 25, it’s end of may 26 and I have yet to receive this. I called, I emailed. I was told by several people that what I’m asking for doesn’t exist, even when I sent them their own email that said the document I was requesting should have been attached. I was gaslit for so long and then FINALLY they admitted that the document was “being reworked” and “they didn’t have an ETA on when it would be available” Needless to say it was a horrible introduction to this company and if I hadn’t already been purposefully tanking my credit by not paying my cards I would have walked away. But I was too far in. 2 of my debts have been settled and I would like to say that makes up for the months of bullshit but really it doesn’t. I don’t appreciate being gaslit and lied to. I have had friends ask about the program and I tell them go find someone else
