I have only received 1 agreement from my creditors after 4 months.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding the first settlement reached in your program.
We understand the desire to see results as quickly as possible. During the initial months of the program, several factors are reviewed before settlement opportunities become available, including account eligibility, delinquency status, creditor responsiveness, and the affordability of potential settlement offers. These factors help determine when negotiations can begin and when appropriate settlement opportunities may be presented.
To address your concerns directly and provide greater clarity regarding your account and next steps, a member of our Help Desk team will be reaching out to you. If you would prefer immediate assistance, please contact us at 949-570-9889 or email [email protected].
Providing clear communication and ensuring our clients understand the process is important to us. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to assisting you further.

I want to add five more accounts to to…
I want to add five more accounts to to my debt resolution account and it’s just about impossible to do. I would think that I should be able to provide ReSync the accounts names and phone numbers and they should be able to contact the companies directly. Instead of making me do it.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We're sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations.
Regarding the enrollment of additional debts, we are happy to assist with adding eligible accounts to your program. To ensure accurate enrollment and determine eligibility, we require sufficient supporting documentation. A creditor name, account number, or phone number alone may not provide the information necessary to properly review and enroll a debt.
A member of our Help Desk team will be reaching out to assist you further and discuss the next steps available to you.
If you would prefer immediate assistance, please contact us directly at 949-570-9889 or email us at [email protected].
Your concerns are important to us, and we look forward to speaking with you soon and working toward a resolution.

Transparency
I believe the Resync process needs to be significantly more transparent, consistent, and client-focused.
First, all program information should be provided upfront. Prospective clients should receive a complete and straightforward explanation of the program, including all fees, requirements, timelines, expectations, potential outcomes, and any circumstances that could result in additional costs. Clients should not learn important details only after they have already enrolled or signed an agreement.
Second, clients should have one consistent point of contact. Having different representatives handle calls, texts, and emails makes the process confusing and frustrating. Clients should be assigned a dedicated contact who understands their situation, can answer their questions, and can provide continuity throughout the program.
Third, there should be no unexpected requests for additional funds after an agreement has been signed. If additional funds could potentially be required, that possibility and the specific circumstances should be clearly disclosed before the client enters into an agreement. Clients should not feel that the terms of the arrangement are changing after they have committed.
Fourth, communication with creditors needs to be transparent. When Resync communicates with a creditor on a client's behalf, the client should be clearly informed about what was discussed, what was agreed upon, and what the next steps are. Clients should not have to repeatedly ask for basic information about the status of their accounts.
Finally, I find the overall Resync process to be unnecessarily clunky and, at times, it can feel like a bait-and-switch experience. The expectations established at the beginning should align with the actual experience throughout the program. Most importantly, clients should be able to see meaningful progress on their accounts within a reasonable timeframe. Waiting six months before seeing any tangible progress is extremely frustrating and undermines confidence in the process.
Clients are making important financial decisions based on the information they are given at enrollment. The process should therefore be built around transparency, consistency, accountability, and clear communication from day one.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. We’re sorry that your experience has felt confusing and that you haven’t received the clarity and consistency you expected.
We understand your concerns about the information provided before enrollment, requests for additional funds, communication with creditors, continuity between representatives, and the time it can take to see progress. Settlement opportunities and funding needs can depend on factors such as creditor participation, account status, available funds, and affordability. We should clearly explain how those factors may affect your accounts and keep you informed as circumstances change.
We’d like to review your enrollment information, account updates, and any funding requests so we can address your specific concerns. A member of our Help Desk team will reach out shortly. You can also contact us at 949-570-9889 or [email protected].

Keep profiles/status up to date.
Reply more often to messages. Keep profiles/status up to date. Takes very long to settle accounts, causing high interest charges for non payment.

I felt very comfortable with the whole…
I felt very comfortable with the whole process until the very end. I felt like things changed with little notice as was agreed on earlier. I felt very pressured in the end.
I would look to other resources if ever placed in the same situation again.

I don't like calling all the time for…
I don't like calling all the time for the same process and no one know what's going on. I don't like me asking questions and they're trying to get me off the phone to the next client. I don't like them telling me the same thing over and over and over over again every time I call it's nothing new. I don't like them ignoring my question. I don't like the communication between veritas and recync an illegal negotiator with their client. I just don't like the process I think I can do better by myself.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience has not met expectations.
You expressed concerns regarding communication and unanswered questions. At Resync, customer service is a top priority, and we strive to ensure every client feels informed and confident in the services being provided.
Regarding negotiators and your legal plan, these components are designed to ensure your attorney receives and relays all necessary information from any legal entity involved in resolving a legal debt. This process is not intended to create frustration, but rather to support a structured, compliant, and effective path toward settlement.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I think it would be helpful if they could get these paid quicker without having to charge more a month then all your debts are in the credit bureau so it looks like you don’t pay your bills that’s concerning

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience hasn’t met expectations.
We understand your concerns about the timing of debt resolutions and the impact on your accounts. As a debt‑relief program, settlements occur only as funds become available and as accounts progress through delinquency. The timeframe provided at enrollment is an estimate based on consistent deposits, creditor behavior, and account status. While we notify creditors that we’re working on your behalf, settlements cannot be completed until sufficient funds have accumulated in your dedicated account.
We’d welcome the opportunity to review your concerns in more detail and provide an updated status on your account.
