During the initial stages of the program, typically the first 30 to 90 days, accounts must become eligible for settlement as they progress into delinquency status. At the same time, funds are accumulated in your dedicated account to ensure resources are available when settlement opportunities arise. Because each creditor and account situation is unique, settlement timelines can vary, and additional time may be required before further offers become available.
