ResumeZestReviews of resumezest.com

I worked with Shelly and she was thorough, prompt, and very professional. She took to the time to understand my background and tailor a resume towards the position that I was looking for.

Having been burned by a similar service that was purportedly good I went into this with a reasonable level of suspicious but I really needed help with getting a resume that really called out my abilities and strengths. Working with ResumeZest was easy, they really paid attention to not only what skills I have, but where I want those skills to take me in my career. A great experience and in a market where there is a lot of garbage out there, these folks are the real deal.

Reviewer was very helpful and was able to help guide/explain modifications to help make resume more presentable.

My writer was Allison Simone who was enthusiastic, encouraging, professional and you felt like a team working towards a common goal. I appreciated Allison’s professionalism, empathy and willingness to help. Thank you Allison!

Shelly was a wonderful person that listened to what I wanted on my resume. She was very attentive to my questions and made any changes that I have requested on my resume

A few years ago I had experience with another company that offered the same type of service, but my experience with ResumeZest was fantastic. If you are looking for a professional approach and at the same time friendly and pleasant people who will help you prepare the necessary papers for finding a new job, then this is the right company for you. Emily Ellis who was responsible for preparing my papers was fantastic. Emily is responsive, flexible, an excellent listener and above all extremely experienced in how to translate your experience into a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I would highly recommend Emily as your companion on this journey.

Professional and efficient process with Shelly. End product reflected the goals and content that was desired. Portal made it easy to collaborate and keep the process moving. Tools, templates and guidelines for linked in, letters etc easy to use with clear instructions.

I worked with Theresa Kettler, and I couldn't be happier with the service. (I passed my shiny new resume round to friends, and they were just as impressed as I was). If you are like me, you may have recently found out that all the resumes you've recently submitted over the last few months had never been read or immediately passed over because your resume wasn't configured to be read by applicant tracking software. Then you think, OK, maybe I need to look into getting some expert help here. So you google professional resume services, and get deflated to see so many of the companies featured at the top of search results actually received so many recent negative reviews. I am so glad I found the Trustpilot reviews on ResumeZest. The process felt like a true collaborative effort, with the expert suggestions and revisions taking my resume to a new level and giving me the confidence that my resume is now at a level to be competitive in the current job market. The five star reviews they consistently receive speak for themselves.
