I'm definitely impressed. My original resume was a bit discombobulated and lacked focus. I also needed to add some things and update. The writers took an approach I probably wouldn't have thought of on my own but now that I see it on paper, it makes perfect sense. Cover letter and LinkedIn profile were very good too.

Before ordering, I asked for a free critique of my resume. It was definitely more comprehensive than what other sites provided, so I hired resume writing group for a new resume, cover letter, and some coaching. All 3 came out well—I had a couple of minor revision requests but they were handled respectably. My husband is ordering next.
