There was no personal conversation in what I wanted. Also I never looked in my spam email which everything thing that was emailed was sent through spam. The turn around was horrible and ended up not getting the job. Took a couple of weeks instead of a 4 to 5 day turn around. Had to take another job that I did not want but had to settle. I am not a happy person spending 125 dollars for nothing. No sense of urgency killed my goals in getting the job I wanted. The resume that was done for me is now worthless. Felt like I was just a number rather than someone who needed help to succeed. Glad I was able to sponsor your business with my 125 dollars. Enjoy.

Didn’t receive my resume for 2 weeks. Paid for within 4 days. Got my resume and I know I could’ve done a better one myself. Waste of money and they should give me my money back for not fulfilling the order within 4 days.

I should have asked for a refund as soon as I heard the voice on the other end of the phone, the night I signed up. The person on the other end of the phone obviously used English as a 2nd language. However, I work with numerous people that also use English as a 2nd language, so decided to give it a try anyway. The resume that I received was TERRIBLE. At least, I thought so. Knowing that I had not updated my resume in quite some time, and the way that resume writing styles seem to change on a regular basis, I scanned through and gave a few updates and even talked to my writer, who seems to also use English as a 2nd language. After receiving the resume back, following my feedback, I made a few adjustments, and sent it back and said that I thought we would be good. In the meantime, I sent my resume to a colleague, who confirmed everything I had already thought. My resume was TERRIBLE. They quickly went through and updated my resume and it falls more in line with what I would have expected from this service. I am asking for a refund, and I don't want the cover letters that come with my package. I would probably have to completely rewrite it, anyway.

I am completely disappointed by the service that was provided to me. I paid for the ultimate package with rush. Almost $500. I provided all of my resumes that I had previously made and made sure to explain everything I needed. To start off the assigned writer, Anthony. Did not seem to know what he was doing. Very difficult to speak with over the phone. Extremely delayed responses when messaging him online. The quality of work was very poor over all. Specifically ; the resume preview provided was basically the same as my resume except in a fancy template and he change a couple of words. He moved my information around and it didn't even match the proper job titles I had as previous experience. Even after multiple times being corrected the information was not applied correctly. Grammar was poor in many cases as well. Due to all of this the rush process was not really a rush. I ended up having to use my own resume to meet the application deadline for the position I was looking for. The only good thing I can say about this company, is that after some discussion with customer support they provided me a full refund. I would not recommend, at least not the writer I got assigned.

I worked with this company because my resume was not reading as an achiever so I worked with them to change that. The resume was rewritten and I was will to work with what I though needed to changed. Every time I found a problem (grammatical errors, missing punctuation, etc) If was as if I was being rushed to say that the resume was ok. I bought a 6 month subscription and this was the 1st 2 weeks. I had to redo the resume my self because it did not read like it was written by a native English speaker. This was a waste of money and time. I basically paid for a nice format and that was it.

If you have a deadline to turn in a professionally written resume, don't use RPW. They are slow as heck, produce shoddy quality, and take 2-3 days for every revision, and sometimes they don't fully read the revision requests you make. As a $270 customer, I got treated this way. I have used other writing services and RPW was probably the worst I've used.

I ordered their deluxe package with endless reviews and LinkedIn profile - so far experience is extremely poor. Everything that I am receiving is a 100% generic template, lots of typos and formatting issues. Resume is not sending the needed message and probably will be left unnoticed - I would not recommend this service
