I sent over my résumé and Let all I needed was a touchup interviewer called I did not deliver or measure bowls that I asked for. Was hard to communicate with the interviewer or the writer very dissatisfied

I am not happy with this service at all. It was advertised that someone with experience in writing cv’s for education professionals would work on my resume. What I received was a mish mash of terms and sentences that read like someone who was not a native speaker had written them. After an hour of correcting grammar, punctuation and terminology, I gave up and just told them to close my order. Total waste of money. Even the follow-up email that I received to this review was phrased like a non-native speaker.

The re-written profile was terrible and unusable. It was clearly written by a non-native English speaker. Instead of being tighter and more precise, it was excessively wordy, and awkwardly written. In many cases, the indefinite article ("a") and definite article ("the") went missing, and much of the narrative was converted from active to passive voice which makes it very tedious to read. The person who wrote this has very poor English comprehension and an almost total inability to articulate and edit the language. This was a complete fraud. AVOID.

I got almost the exact same resume questionere answers that I sent back as a resume request. And don’t have time to communicate with the writer to get it corrected. But it’s not the writers but your system problemler

Please do not contact me again. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The fact that it took you greater than 20 days to get my CV/resume ( which was just a resume) completed and the Linkedin profile done is appalling. The LinkedIn profile is exactly the same as the resume. There is nothing to work out. The quality of your work speaks for itself. I will now have to hire another company to start over. Furthermore, you refused to refund my money. I will make sure that I post this review, so everyone can see it. I would post your actual work product, but it has my private information on it.

I paid for the service. The initial resume was 4 pages long and had so many grammatical errors that was unbelievable. RPW offered to make changes after going through weeks of back and forth. the resume was revised 3 times and still has so many errors. I have not gotten one response from the resume AT ALL! its been a year.

I was recommended by a mentor and had really high expectations about this company. I got the most expensive package and when I received my resume I wasn’t even happy. Quite honestly I was so embarrassed that I had spent over $400. There was a misunderstanding on what my resume on how it should have been titled and I have not heard back from them since 5/31/2021. Also I have had less then 3 views on my resume on over the 25 job sites they posted my resume. No interviews or calls. 100% look for a different company or don’t waste your money
