The speed at which this service delivered the resume package I purchased shocked me. The design, formatting, and tone all seemed contemporary and clean. It gave me the courage to seek for jobs I had previously believed were unattainable.

Terrible company. Tried to get them to build a new resume with professional IT writers however they did a terrible job. Sentences that made no sense, spelling and grammar mistakes and extra bullets, likely from AI sources. Had them try twice and both times the resumes were bad looking and not usable. I was offered a 30% refund which is insulting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scammers!

They took my existing text and poured it into a template, which looked terrible. I kept asking for changes, but it was cramped and ugly. I gave up. They only give a 30% refund for doing close to nothing. Don't waste your money.

This is NOT a professional resume writing service. They do not have the knowledge or skills to write a PROPER resume. They took my existing resume, and simply put it in a "pretty" template. I ended up with a document that was far worse than what I had made myself. Absolute waste of money. This is nothing short of a SCAM.

The overall process is very substandard to other CV writing services. Writers usually ignore 50% of the requests you send them, they mess up spacing in your resume, place made-up years/dates, in process of revisions the stuff that was already fixed went wrong again - for example, they removed my photo from my resume by accident, I asked them to put it back, they did and the spacing of the whole left side of interview was messed up (text overlapping etc). This whole process went over period of 3 weeks. I am giving them 1 star for consistent efforts to fix their mistakes and not give up on the process, however, everything else was very disappointing.

This is not worth the money. If you are looking for some help with your resume you should find someone that you can speak with directly and communicate with to do the job. The writers here do put in effort but there is no direct communication between the writer and the customer. I spent a pretty decent amount of money and ended up with a product that I had to spend hours re writing to be useful as a resume for me. EDIT: Might be worthwhile at less than half of what it costs but that's still a maybe.
