I had an excellent experience with Joe! His genuine interest in me and my experience allowed me to be forthcoming with information and speak easily and openly about my journey. Due to Joe being so knowledgeable in my field as a Fitness Professional, he was able to draw me out and ask questions that encouraged answers which would be relevant to the viewing audience. Joe is an amazing individual. I always leave my interactions with feeling as if there is a true bond and we were able to share useful information.

Joe is one of the most positive and supportive people I know. He is the only person I will refer my friends to for fitness and nutrition coaching. I started working with Joe back in 2018 but have known him since starting CrossFit in 2013. He was pivotal in helping me with my weight loss journey and learning how to track food and balance my macros properly. I was able to lose 10lbs in 3 months with his help and felt much more comfortable knowing how much protein/fat/carbs to eat to get these results. Best coach ever if u have any doubs about lifting weights and training he's the man infact he went out of his busy schedule and created a video explaining everything to me on how to bulk and also help me chose the exercises. I started working with Joe in 2023, just before the big food holidays - Thanksgiving, xmas, end of year work parties, etc. We hit the ground running with a solid workout plan, dietary considerations and a whole lot of encouragement. I managed to make it through that period down a few pounds. A few months later, the weight is still dropping, I'm getting stronger and have turned this adventure into a lifestyle. All thanks to Joe!
