One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. The picture on their site was completely different from what I received. The picture looked like very nice looking red wine glasses. What I received were stock, plain glasses. When I tried to return them I attempted to on the website and was not able to perform this task. When I called the representative informed me there was a 20% restocking fee which I was not able to find on their website until I received a direct link from the representative. I was also told they would not refund my shipping nor pay for my return shipping charges. I found this completely unacceptable from multiple fronts. I will NEVER shop from restaurantware.com again and will inform as many people as I can of this unpleasant experience.

Well I ordered items which still have not arrived at the stated time and I was in need of these items for a catering. Unfortunately still not here was supposed to be here on 6 June

Still haven’t received the product!!!!!! Never got a shipping confirmation:(

I have ask for information to return candle remote as it does not work with my candles. Waiting for that information

They send me the wrong items!

The pictures are deceiving. I wanted regular spoons and i got petal ones. With the reflexon on those spoons they looked like regular. So i didnt get what i wanted.

Only Leaving only one star because I had to pay shipping that cost more than my product and even after paying that, I DID NOT receive it on time. I contacted them and was told I was responsible for paying to ship to it BACK to them and would only get refunded 20%. Ridiculous. Definitely will not order again.
