I ordered the pre-made chocolate cups, (280 of them) over half of them (156 of them) where melted and un-useable. It has been since 8/27/21 and nothing has been done! Don't order the them!!!!!

When I placed my order I called regarding Shipping. I paid an additional cost for 2 day shipping and I did not receive my product for 5 days. The event I needed the product for was long past when product arrived.

Beware when placing orders, especially if you have a need by date. Ordered our product with plenty of time to receive before the event. Never received shipment notification - reached out to customer service who told us they would check with the manufacture and get back to us. 24 hours later - still no response from customer service, so reached out again to find out the status of our order. Finally received tracking information only to find that the products would not arrive until after our event. Contacted customer service again as we clearly communicated the need by date and as mentioned ordered in advance. Customer service again told us they would check into it and would CALL US with the information. Never received a phone call. Customer service finally emailed us to say there was nothing they could do and refused to offer any type of refund or any level of customer service in our opinion. Overall - poor communication and very poor customer service. Will not order from this company ever again.

Ordered glassware through walmart. Ulon delivery, the items inside the box sounded all broken. Lots of brokem pieces. Took it to walmart store to return immediately. Was told that i need to return to restaurantware. Called restaurantware. Agent was no help at all. Called walmart online and they took care of the issue immediately. What a nightmare of going back and forth. Never ordering from restaurantware again.
