Description of edible products is inadequate. Sizes of most items are not on your website. I went to the manufacturers website to find the sizes. Also your code numbers between manufacturer and your site are different in many cases. The product was good, but too many of the delicate shells/cones were damaged in shipping. This needs to be addressed.

The shipping is way to expensive for a wholesale business. It is not reasonable that hotels and food establishments pay the same pricing. We only order when we are in need. We would order alot more if the shipping was not so much. Amazon prime has the same stuff with no shipping better pricing.

Very nice catalog. But no prices for the items??? I need to know the prices of the items so that I can make a decision.

Very sorry about any confusion as our catalog should have had all prices listed. Please check out our online catalog with pricing. http://catalog.restaurantware.com/2019-Restaurantware-Catalog.pdf
