I ordered stainless steel condiment cups to match some we had on hand. I found some on Amazon for modest prices and free shipping but they were not like ours. The photo on the Restaurantware site is exactly like what we have, but what we received is not the same! Same capacity but different shape. We paid more money and an exorbitant shipping fee. I was told by customer service to send a photo, etc. etc. Too much trouble this time of year. We learned our lesson and won't order from here again.

I ordered flatware for an event with plenty of time for delivery. It didn't arrive on time. When I contacted customer service before my event they couldn't care less blaming Covid. I'm so sick of the covid excuse. We are all small businesses surviving covid and I don't need to hear covid excuses. I was told to re order the order again I. Rush and hope to get it and send back the original order which made no sense tray double ad much. So I had an event without the flatware I had promised and instead white plastic and had to deal with really bad customer support

Poor customer service.

An item marked in stock when being purchased suddenly becomes out of stock when it goes to ship and instead of an email saying your item is out of stock, a credit was issued as the only way of finding out a product you're expecting is not arriving and you have to find alternative means.

Product came in busted open. Emailed more then one email with no response. Where is your phone number to contact you all for solutions.

Thought I was ordering two boxes of wrapped straws suitable for school use at meals and that fit in milk cartons. I received two cellophane packs of paper straws. I am fully willing to say I may have picked the wrong item but when I asked for return instructions several times I did not receive an answer to my inquires. As I had ordered them through WalMart they eventually gave me a credit for the order as a customer service issue. I was told to keep the straws and I tried to use them at school but they disintegrate too quickly to be practical. I will try to use the rest for an art project in the future. If I hadn't been given the credit I would have been out $28.00

I made the mistake and purchased from Walmart.com. The description said cup and lid. I made sure of it. I received lid only. Not sure who dropped the ball but the idem is now useless.
