Nice product. Makes great cubes

Package came quickly and products were as expected. 😊

I am revising a review I wrote on 11/21/19 regarding the handling of my order. After I wrote a review on never received confirmation of shipping and the unsatisfactory customer care, Kirstyn, VP of operations immediately reached out to apologize for the oversight. When a company takes the time to address their clients concerns, that inspired me to change my review from so-so service to platinum. Kirstyn is investigating the issue of me not receiving notifications and offered a coupon off my next order. That is platinum service and that gives me and hopefully other customers the confidence to know if you are customer with an issue, it will be addressed. Thank you Kirstyn for that!

Clear details on product info, unexpectedly quick delivery, excellent product quality.
