Received someone else’s order in addition to mine, now I have to go to mailing center to return. Also, sizes on bread bags did not match sized on their website so they ended up being too small. On a positive note, they ship super fast.

It was not what I was expecting. I also paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the bags.... next time I'll likely go elsewhere. Sorry.

good company good service good people

I received the product, haven't had time to try it. The freight was exorbitant .

The macaroon black box is worthless and difficult to assemble

This tool seems effective and is light-weight. It was a great buy, until I paid for shipping, which was more than the item! But I was desperate to find a quality knife sharpener without going to electric.

Food items were good once they arrived. Items shipped from two different warehouses, so when one package arrived without the other items we were very concerned. We tried contacting the company and received a message saying the office was open when it actually was not. I contacted the company the next morning and received good news. All my angst could have been allayed had the company just used better customer service (put a note on the invoice indicating the other shipment was coming from a different warehouse and might be a day later; and correct the answering machine message!)

The shipping charges are way too high. Fully 25% of my charge was for shipping.
