Fast service

Everything was good, but about 10%-15% of tart shells are broken. They really seemed to be wrap well in the outer box, but stacked too high and wrapped too tight with plastic wrap in two separate inside box.

What I expected and timely delivery

I think overall, Restaurantware is great. I gave you guys a 4 because of how the mini aluminum disposable baking pans were packed. The ones at one end were dented. Please take care of packaging your goods or please do not accept goods that are less than acceptable from your suppliers. Thx.

Just what I was wanting. I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the shipping cost almost as much as the teapot. Can’t say I’ll be back when shipping is much cheaper elsewhere.

We are really enjoying the products. Specifically the little baking tins. It was a perfect solution to packaging creme brulee for take-out orders. I would have given the experience 5-stars if the shipping costs were a little less.

I am very glad, I ordered the products for my restaurant. It is too good.

The pan had a scratch in the middle but is otherwise in great condition.
