Poor quality boxes. Is it even food grade? Looks like my kids construction paper, well maybe even less sturdy. Arrived in a ripped open box. The box inside wasn't protecting all the Macaron boxes enough, and many of them (white) got just dirty. - Can't use them! I want to return the whole delivery.

Several (at least 8 jars) arrived with the lids popped. As a person who does canning, I wouldn't trust them to not be spoiled. I was planning to use the jars for a baby shower... so that is rather disappointing. i certainly won't be using those jars to give to other people. Several other jars have badly dented lids. So I'm concerned that these were 'seconds' - which is not what I was expecting.

-1 Star for putting your logo on each packaging. I purchased the goods, the logo was not included in the examples, and it is unethical to gain advertising off my customers. -1 Star for not including instructions on how to assemble the packaging. It is incredibly confusing. -1 Star for the shipping. Estimated delivery date was the 9th, it was delivered on the 13th, which put it just outside the window for returning it. Hence- 2/5.

Very unhappy, I was looking or a child’s cart not a snack cart. My own fault for not reading size, but a food item should not be in with toys.

I placed my order a week ago, received half the order quickly but the lids were wrong, they don’t fit the container I got it for. The website linked that lid to be the right one. I reached out same day I received the package and I still haven’t heard from RestaurantWare about a replacement or a return (it’s been 4 days). I also have not received the rest of my order yet and have not received any notification on the status of it. Not happy with the service.

The website is slow and cumbersome. Soon after my initial order I receive an email stating my invoice is past due. Now I'm hearing other accounts are having a hard time ordering products because it is out of stock.
