The Alba pastry cups were rancid and I was so disappointed as this is a favorite product I like to use for canapes. After reviewing the product, within the hour, I was contacted and my order has been refunded! Also, Restaurantware is reviewing the product to ensure there will be no future issues. The ad said lids were included but it was cups only. Cups are nice though. Very expensive for 25 cups

Please note this is an edit to an experience I had with RestaurantWare regarding "perforated" bags I'd bought from them and then found only the plastic strip was perforated. I have to say they have reached out to me immediately and offered to take the bags back, waive the restocking fee and refund my money. I must say this is great, now 5 stars. I ordered coffee cups for the first time. They are nice, but they are stuck together and very difficult to pull apart.

I was looking for red place mats. The color was more of a burgundy than red, as listed.

The Coppetta kraft lids to the Coppetta 4 oz containers for the samples that I got don't fit together very well. I will probably still order what I need from you because I don't have an alternative, but just wanted you to know. The customer service, delivery, etc were wonderful. Thanks, ~lj

They are a good product nice looking but small, not as large as a normal placemat.
