It was stated delivery on a date before our event. Did not arrive until after event. Policy states all orders are shipped from Chicago however the explanation was it came from a third party and no refund would be given. Poor business. Will not use again and will not recommend

Bad service.

Customer service was nonexistant and the call actually hung up while I was in que for over an hr because their offices closed. The item was delivered late and the product was not as expected. But I kept it because it would cost more to ship it back after they get their restocking fee. I will think twice before using them again.

Items were supposed to ship on Monday, but didn't get shipped until Wednesday. Placed an order for over $700 and didn't get it in time for the event I ordered it for.
