THis company is a bait and switch. I ordered 16 oz beer cups recyclable and the catalouge price is 50 dollars less than i was invoiced. One product they have, a 20 oz beer cup has a 120.00 price increase they claim is tariffs. This company is shady as hell and be very careful they charge you what they say they will as they are clear bait and switch. My next stop is the better business bureau as these people are greedy

I didnt get my order content and they charged my credit card

I ordered two items. When I ordered them I wanted the ground shipping, they called me the next day and told me that one of them had to be sent overnight, and the charge would be $108.00 to send one overnight, or $111.00 to ship both overnight. I told them that I didn't want that item if that was the only option, so instead of shipping the second item they told me I would have to re-order it, meaning I wouldn't get it when I needed it. The customer service rep didn't seem to care enough about the business to at least keep my one order going, must have been easier for her to just cancel the entire order.

Just horrible business practice!!! I asked about the manufacturer of a certain product I had to have in a specific color (it's not like they can go run find the product & take another pic). I just needed google image it to find out what other images looked like. The person on the chat had the NERVE to tell me that they actually MANUFACTURED EVERY SINGLE PRODUCT THEY SELL EXCEPT FRESH PRODUCE! I called them on it & they doubled down. I'm just stunned they're so dishonest. What adds insult to injurty is that they wanted $18+ shipping on an order that weighs less than a pound, needs no extra size considerations & cost $40. FIFTY PERCENT MARK UP FOR SHIPPING is unconscionable. Just horrible business practice. I feel sorry for the schmucks who order from them.
