The window and lid are very damaged, they look like old boxes. Since I didn’t placed a complaint with in 3 days of receiving the package because of the holidays now they won’t replace them. I use them for confections, so my packaging needs to be beautiful. I will find another supplier.

I have ordered before from your company, I usually pick them up. I called and placed an order based on a 2019 catalog that I was sent via mail. The items I chose were $47.24 each in the catalog I have, however I was charged $49.09 each. I purchased 5 cases of 100 each, total $287.39. Also I mentioned that the back of my catalog says $20 off order $100 Code Hay2019- I was told that expired. My order number was 001333495. I will find elsewhere for my next orders.

Delivery took 6 days. logging in the system was a problem, i keep getting kicked out I can't view my account the chat does not reply the phone has a long message, it takes minutes before you can talk to some one and then the answering system tells you they re closed not a good start!!!
