The items I ordered and received were…
The items I ordered and received were far inferior to products shown on your website. Particularly the RWA0330 cones. These were supposed to be black, grease resistant quality paper. I received flimsy, grey product that I can not use in my shop.

I was offered $20 but the portal would…
I was offered $20 but the portal would not let me login in order to activate the promo. I emailed customer service and was informed that nothing could be done because I didn’t log in.

You were supposed to deliver 08/18/20
You were supposed to deliver 08/18/20 , it’s Saturday night 08/19/20 , I do not believe you will deliver Sunday , so I am still waiting for you ... is it fake information you gave to you customers , just to seams to be efficient ? Because obviously you are not .

My product arrived damaged beyond use…
My product arrived damaged beyond use (tart shells) only received a percentage of store credit that will not cover shipping. I wouldn't rely on them for any important event or function.

Customer service can't use a ruler.
Sent email specifically inquiring about the rim on a set of glasses. The information returned was more than 50% inaccurate. They are charging $36 for my item, which can be purchased at Amazon for less than half that. On top of that they charged a $22 shipping fee, and offered no option. We'll see how they accommodate me, but I expect a full refund, including shipping and return shipping.

Every box was opened and destroyed
Every box was opened and destroyed. Makes it difficult to deliver to my event this weekend. Several items cracked. Very disappointed at your delivery; most specifically after paying extra
