Easy to navigate restaurants and order certificates. No immediate expiration dates with plenty of time to redeem.

Great to hear the site has been easy to use and that the flexible redemption time works well for you. Thanks for the feedback!

The discounts motivate me to try new places at a great price! I have found some great restaurants through this program. I have also been able to swap certificates in a case where a restaurant had closed. Restaurant.com made it so easy. Been using them for many years.

I have purchased several certificates, some of them multiple for the same restaurant. Apparently, the managers or the servers don’t know how to use the certificate because they keep redeeming multiple certificates when they only need one, they don’t know how it works so basically they use three of my certificates when only one should’ve been used.

Hi Lissa, I've requested information from you so that we can learn about what you're experiencing. When you redeem your certificate, the restaurant would only see one code to redeem so it's unclear from your review how this is happening. Our system should be able to see any activity on your account so we can look into it and get to the bottom of it for you. We'd love it if you could get in touch with us so we can help solve the issue you are experiencing.

There's very few restaurants that I like.
Response from Restaurant.comJun 17, 2025
Hi Charlotte, We're sorry that you don't like the restaurants in your area. Please know that we are always expanding our restaurant network and adding new choices every day. You can check back often for new restaurants. And since there's no expiration date on your restaurant deals, you can wait for something that interests you to pop up.

I used a certificate at one of my favorite restaurants, and due to a computer glitch, 8 coupons were removed from my account. I called customer care, who investigated, and promised to return the 8 certificates. This was never done, even after calling several times to customer care. Do not use this service. Their customer service is non productive and I will not purchase any additional coupons from restaurants.com. In March, I attempted to use one of my coupons for breakfast at my favorite breakfast restaurant. It did not go through. My server tried to get the coupon number to call it in, but was also unable to do so. We decided to forget using the $5.00 coupon. When I went back the next week, I saw that 8 coupons were removed from my account on tvst day at the same time. I called into customer service. The service rep looked at it and agreed I could not have used 8 coupons at the same time st the same restaurant as the limit is 1. He said he checked with a supervisor who ok'd the coupons to be returned. They were not. I called again and was told they saw no notes about returning them.

Your coupons are not honored out of the blue at the Point Loma cafe where I have many coupons and it is still the same name. Once I pay for a coupon they should be obligated to honor it. Ridiculous situation. Now I have a bunch of them I can’t use and no other places are good for me to trade to. Changed my entire lifestyle when they cancelled the coupons at Point Loma cafe
