Ordered a blanket and sheets for $400. I even bought the extra Insurance they offer just in case I had a problem. Their extra insurance is a joke. They are no help whatsoever. It’s just another way to take your money. This company delivered it with the wrong name and to the wrong house I guess because I don’t have it. And they’ve made me jump through hoops for the last three weeks. The last go round was getting a police report. Which I did, but that’s still not good enough for them. They are trying extremely hard to keep my $400 for a set of sheets and a comforter. Please, please take my advice and do not even consider this company.

Contacted someone I know to promote them on social media, and used bait and switch tactics to essentially ask for perpetual usage rights for $100 of sheets. Are you kidding me? That should be illegal.

5/2026 - Replying to Rest - Yes, I had contacted customer service and they weren't helpful as you only offer a 30 day guarantee. 2025 & 2026 Sheets and comforter are very cool - really like this. However the quality of the items is problematic. Even with following laundering instructions, I already have stitches pulling and colors fading. With the cost being so exorbitant, you'd expect the quality to be better. And unfortunately customer service is not helpful.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from and the worst return/exchange process ever. The way they do things should be illegal. Good luck on getting a refund!! I highly recommend staying away from them. Such scammers they are, it’s disgusting and they couldn’t be more gross.

The product is not cooling. I asked for a refund within a week of receiving the items and I have not gotten a return authorization yet. I think this is fraud.

DO NOT BUY unless you are 100% sure you will like them. trying to return (we initiated the return right after recieving the items), the items is nearly impossible. they want photos of the delivery of the boxes. I bought comforter and sheets, they were supposed to send 2 free pillow cases and they did not: fine. but they are making it near impossible. I have exchanged multiple emails and calls.

Beware Protected Order button. When you order from this site, there the button to "continue" to payment is marked "Protected Order". What they don't tell you is that they are adding a "warranty" product to your order. Full disclosure - I didn't pay attention when ordering an item, and then later when I got the order confirmation, I had an additional charge for this "warranty". On the order email, it said to cancel this protection, click a link to cancel, however - I was unable to cancel when it dropped me on my order. I called customer service and they said they would remove it, but warned me if I don't have that it would take longer / have more issues if my item was damaged during shipping. I stated if my item is damaged in shipping, that's a claim with the shipper. At this point I asked to just cancel my entire order. Now, the elapsed time between order and cancel was less than one hour, but they still charged my card and have yet to credit my account.

REALLY???? It's really misleading when you say that you get a free pillow case but doesn't say that in A VERY CLEAR WAY like having a pop up that says ONLY ON ORDERS 249$ & up. It's not clear I didn't see that little print and I knew what I wanted bc I am a 3 time returning customer purchasing 3 comforters and pillow cases so I guess I spent enough to qualify. I am so conflicted that if after this order do I want to continue to do business with as I planned on ordering another comforter and sheets after I redo the guest bedroom. I do love your products but I feel deceived. Really disappointed I have my own business and my returning customers are some of the most important people bc they put the word out and have reoccurring experience with the product. Word of mouth is important to me. My returning customers get the best deals first. However, the threshold gauge is there for visualization of the tier. That said, the gift itself isn’t intended to increase the cost of your order, but rather to provide added value once a certain threshold is reached. We never want our customers to feel like they need to purchase items they don’t actually want or need just to qualify
